Why Is Mango The King Of Fruit? My Observation

Mango – The King Of Fruit

Mangoes are the only fruit that balances Vata, pitta, and Kapha dosha and does not aggravate any dosha.
Vata dosha is the combination of Air And space element, air element represents feel or skin, space represents ears or sound.
Pitta dosha is the fire element, which represents eyes or seeing.
Kapha dosha is a water and earth element, water represents taste and tongue, earth element represents smell or nose.
For a mango tree to grow it definitely needs space, earth, and air for the seed to be planted needs fire indirectly through the sun, and water to grow.
After the tree grows and starts giving its fruit, the mango is in Green color (If mango’s color is green, its taste is sour which again comes under Vata dosha.) which is the color or air (Vata), when kept in a proper warm temperature(fire) it turns reddish-orange color(fire), and after a few more days it turns completely yellow color(earth). Earth element gives a smell, so when the mango turns yellow only then the smell of the fruit enhances. And the sweet taste is created by the water element.
